Your inquiry is read personally by the atelier. We use your contact details to respond, to understand the piece you have in mind, and to guide the commission process if we proceed together.

Email delivery. Enquiries and commission requests are sent directly from our own aureya.studio email address — no third-party form service is involved.

World Wide Gems. Gemstones are sourced and verified through World Wide Gems, the parent company of AUREYA. Any details needed to fulfil a commission may be shared internally within this group.

Service providers. We rely on a small number of trusted providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. Each processes data only as necessary to perform their service.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, write to us at shreya@aureya.studio.

We keep commission correspondence only for as long as necessary to complete your request or to maintain records required by law. Once no longer needed, your data is deleted.
